The Women’s Retreat is a time to get away from the stresses of life.  Relax and enjoy a great time with friends as we grow closer to God and develop deeper friendships.  If you would like to attend please complete the registration process below, and also take note of the frequently asked questions section at the bottom of this page.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the registration process work?

Simply complete the form for Women’s Retreat Registration 2025, and then after you submit you will automatically be taken to checkout to pay for your registration. You’ll know your registration went through when you receive a confirmation email. To register multiple people simply complete this process for each individual registering for retreat.

Who can attend Women’s Retreat?

All women are welcome to attend, you do not have to attend Mission Hill to join us for Women’s Retreat. Women ages 16 to 18 are welcome to attend if a guardian will also be attending.

What if I only come Friday Night? Do I still have to register?

Yes.

What is the cost if I don’t eat meals, or only come Saturday, or only come part of the day on Saturday, etc.?

The price listed for no overnight stay is the cost of attending any portion of the retreat beyond Friday evening. There are a lot of costs associated with retreat beyond the cost of the meals, all of which must be covered by the registration fee.

Do I have to register and pay on the website?

Yes. Registration and payment for retreat must be completed through the website registration form and checkout process. If you have issues registering please visit the table outside the sanctuary on Sunday Morning or contact the women's ministry team at womensministry@missionhill.church.

What if I need to make changes to my registration later?

Email us at womensministry@missionhill.church and we will get back to you as soon as possible to coordinate any changes you need to make to your registration or activities.

Are meals included? 

Meals are included in your registration for retreat. Some meals will be served in the Byers Conference Center and others will be served in the Rosenberry Commons Dining Hall (see Roxbury Map), which you can walk or drive to from the conference center. Please specify any dietary restrictions when registering for retreat and we will make sure they are accommodated for all meals you plan to attend.

What should I bring?

Bible Notebook Snack to Share Games to Play Coffee Mug with Lid (Open liquids are discouraged in many areas of the conference center) Reusable Water Bottle Slippers and Comfy Clothes A Positive Attitude :)

Will I have to share a bed?

When assigning rooms we do our best to ensure that everyone will be as comfortable as possible. All Quad rooms will require at least two people to share a bed; and all Quint rooms will require at least four people to share a bed. Triples may likely require two people to share a bed as the most common room type is two queen beds. It is unlikely that a double would require bed sharing unless we don’t have enough singles to fill the single bed rooms.

I cannot stay on Sunday morning because I am scheduled to serve at church.

We would love for you to be able to join us for retreat on Sunday Morning and we encourage you to arrange a replacement for your serving commitments at church. But you are welcome to come and go as necessary.

If I register before January 12, 2025 what do I get?

If you register before January 12, 2025 you will automatically be entered to have your registration cost waived! We will randomly draw the name of one registration, and if your name is drawn you will be refunded for the registration fee portion of your total weekend cost! You will still need to pay for any paid activities you signed up for.

What if I can’t attend the whole weekend?

You do not have to attend the entire weekend to come, please join us for any portion of the retreat that you are able to attend. When you complete your registration for retreat please select the option for when you will be attending.

What is the cost if I only stay over one night?

The price listed for rooms for overnight stay at retreat is the same whether you stay one night or both nights.

I want to attend, but I can’t afford it.

Scholarships are available for anyone who would like to attend retreat but may feel unable to attend due to the cost. To request a scholarship please complete the scholarship form linked on this page and someone from the Women's Ministry team will reach out to you.

What if I already registered but I want to add a paid activity that I did not originally select?

Email us at womensministry@missionhill.church and we will get back to you as soon as possible to coordinate any changes you need to make to your registration or activities.

What forms of payment are accepted at retreat?

Onsite at retreat we can only accept cash or checks payable to Mission Hill Church. You can also pay through subsplash (the service used for online giving). However, retreat registration payment is only accepted through the website, payments onsite at retreat would only be for purchase of additional door prize raffle tickets or other extras like that.

What will be provided at the conference center?

Fresh linens and pillows are available in all guest rooms at the Byers Conference Center. Coffee, Tea, and Water will be available throughout the weekend. Also there is a soda machine at the Byers Conference Center which takes cash and quarters.

What if I don’t have a roommate?

If you do not have a roommate when you register for retreat you can select for us to choose roommates for you. This is a fun way to develop relationships with women who you may not already know.

What if I register for a different size room than I end up in?

If you register for a different size room than you are placed in, you will be refunded any cost difference.
