ASSIMILATION DIRECTOR (PART TIME)

As the church continues to grow, we are seeking to hire a part time position in assimilation. As the Assimilation Director at Mission Hill, you will play a vital role in welcoming and integrating new members into our church community. You will be responsible for identifying newcomers during Sunday services, connecting them with various ministries, facilitating interactions with pastoral staff, and developing and implementing a "Next Steps" plan through Planning Center. This role requires strong relational skills, effective communication abilities, and excellent administrative capabilities.
